First time I hear about lucid dream was five years ago, or something like that. Since then I have a lot of lucid dream's but still I'm not able to fully control it so I want to work on it but my last lucid dream was a few months ago so I need get back to "shape". Somehow I can't mobilize myself to remember dream's and to writing it in dream's diary. Maybe being here and talking about lucid dreams with you will help me more often think about it.
