      Hello, my name is Andreas!
      I've recently been trying to induce a LD after reading some on the internet. I have yet to have one after 2 weeks.
      Today i was meditating since i've heard its good for LD.
      I was listening to some isochronic sounds while meditating, and the wierdest thing happened. I was deeply relaxed when it seemed as there was flashing light before my eyes (they were closed). And then my heartbeat began raising and i felt like something weird was going to happen. I tried to keep myself calm but began to ventilate faster and then suddenly my eyes just opened spontaneously. What happened? Is this normal?
      Hope i can get a lucid dream soon so i can share it aswell!

      Eh, the lights were probably HH, and as for not being able to stay through it, you may have been paying too much attention to what was happening. I don't know for sure, but you can continue reading about LD, and you will soon enough be able to sucessfully LD c:
