What kind of success rates have you had with this technique? Also, how vivid have the lucid dreams been?

You can also tell yourself to wakeup after you have a dream and the same works.

Unfortunately I don't ever feel my eyes starting to roll before I go to sleep at night. When I'm in bed, it's one minute I'm awake.... and then later I wake up.

I do sometimes feel my eyes roll when I'm fighting sleep like during a dull meeting or if I'm watching a boring tv show.

Well, I don't think I'd have much success with that method. For a start I wouldn't be able to do the 'god' bit without laughing, and for another the most successful technique for me so far has been MILD, which only kicks in for me mid-dream anyway.

But also wanted to say "Swmae" to a fellow Welshman.

What's the point in telling yourself that you are God cymro?
