That is true. Commitment, excitement, intent, practice.

Thats an ok recall. It could be better and I bet it will be. If you don't write your dreams in dream journal, start now. It helps with recall. Keep telling your mind to remember your dreams. Try this mantra "I wake up after each dream and I remember it".

That is the easiest method to start with.

SP is a disorder. If you don't have it, you are very unlikely to get it when WILDing. FA is just a normal, non-lucid dream. It's called false awakening, because in it you dream of waking up in the morning and going after your business.
It can be handy, because if you start doing reality checks every time you get up from bed, sooner or later you will do this in your dream and it will get you lucid.

The thing is, that first awareness gives you the urge to RC and by the time you RC, you know you are dreaming. For this to happen, you need to work on your daytime awareness. You do that by asking yourself a question "wow, is this a dream?" You examine your surroundings believing that yes, you are dreaming. You do some RCs and again, you believe, you are dreaming. Then you say some mantras. Then this belief will work itself into your dreams and make you ask the same question "wow, am I dreaming?" Same way as RCs made their way into your dreams already. All you need is some awareness.

Now wait a minute. You realized you were dreaming? That's a LUCID. Doesn't matter if it ended immediatelly. You did it! First lucids normally end just as yours did.
You didn't get lucid when clock was weird, because withour awareness, everything in our dreams seems normal.

Do you mean when you falling asleep? Don't worry, one day you RC and you will be lucid.

To the contrary. You are very close. You know how I know? You seem to have the drive and understanding what you need to get your second lucid. Because you already had your first one.
