      Hello Fellow Dreamers.

      Hello everyone!

I'm Van, and I have a dream! Well, many dreams, and hopefully there are many more to come with the encouragement and guidance of this beautiful community.

I've been having lucid dreams for the past couple of years, and it's gotten to the point where about 75% of the dreams I remember are lucid; but unfortunately, that's still not very many because my recall is atrocious. I'm lucky if I remember a fragment per night, but that's going to change! I'm going to start posting all of my non-X-rated dreams in my new shiny Dreamviews DJ. I hope to improve myself while also imparting some of my marginal neuroscientific wisdom unto others! Wish me luck, and keep on dreamin'!

      Welcome Vanagandr!

Seems you are a regular lucid dreamer, I'm sure that recall will go up after a few weeks here in DV If you want to find some tips or experiences around, try giving a look at the Dream Signs and Recall sub-forum.

I hope to improve myself while also imparting some of my marginal neuroscientific wisdom unto others!
I likes this. Do you study neurosciences in an academic setting or it's just an hobby?

      Yo and welcome to dreamviews!
If you aren't already, i suggest staying motionless in the bed for a while right after waking up, while recalling dreams. It generally helps with the recall. Also you can try waking up at the end of each of your REM cycles by using mantra like "I will wake up at the end of dream and i will remember it" while falling asleep.
      Good luck!
