Hey There! My name is RJ and I live in BC, Canada. I am 23 years old and have been interested in lucid dreaming for over 5 years now. I have had 2 brief lucid dreams in the last 5 or 6 years, but as the story goes, I kind of half ass committed to practicing lucid dreaming. This time around I feel humbled to have stumbled upon a forum where experienced lucid dreamers come to share stories and ideas! I am well versed in the basics of lucid dreaming. I am prepared to spend the next month or so working on dream recall specifically. Also, after reading the article on ADA (All Day Awareness), ADA seems like a great practice to adapt. To hone your skills, you can set yourself some challenges here: Tasks of the Month & Year ---------------> This will give you a great motivation to LD as these tasks are fun and gives you a reward for accomplishing them (and that will be an extra goal to help yourself to LD!) Lucid Dares ------------------------------->This thread has a ton of lucid tasks for you to do. I have been personally adding some basic tasks to get started plus other some advanced tasks as well.
