New and ready for the one week challenge.
Hi all i'm new here and been wanting to lucid dream for awhile I recently started keeping a dream journal on Friday I decided to finally register once I saw the one week challenge!
I'm already feeling confident and can recall about two dreams a night!

Welcome, Masumi! It's great to have you here!
It sounds like your dream recall is already in good shape, so keep up with that dream journaling!
It's also great that you feel confident. Confidence is such an important element for achieving consistent lucid dreams. You absolutely can have lucid dreams, and so long as you stick with good LD practices, keep your focus, and get plenty of good quality sleep, you will succeed.
If you're interested in a little structure and a support system, I can personally recommend the Intro Class that OpheliaBlue runs here. That's where I got my start on DreamViews and it was such an enormous help for me with my practice. If you're interested, you can find it here: Intro Class
And as PostScript99 said, you can also ask absolutely anybody if you have any questions -- there are lots of knowledgeable folks here! If there's a question you'd rather not post to this thread, feel free to PM me or any of the other Dream Guides and we can also get you pointed in the right direction.
