      A few things have changed since you read your last tutorial.

      It's no longer needed to stay still, you can swallow, scratch... al long as you do it gently without paying any attention to it.

      Oh thanks! I haaaaaaaaaated that part. I'd always get super itchy for no reason when trying to do that and not swallowing drove me insane. I had a feeling that there was no way that could be true. It just wasn't natural at all.
