      Deja vu(reintroduction)

      Hi there!(lol) I'm just doing a reintroduction of my previous intro back in 2010. I kind of fell out of the whole lucid dreaming thing. I can't really remember why, but my fascination has been ignited once again.

      So hello! Its been three years since I was last here and from what I can remember I just use to lurk the site. Never posted much according to my "latest post" tab in my profile. Uh, so yeah. I just wanted to poke in and say I'm going to try again. I'm not as impatient as I was three years ago so hopefully it goes well. I've always been really interested in dreams, but my ADHD just couldn't take laying in bed counting backwards trying to be still and trying to keep an "anchor" I think someone called it back when I was eighteen. Haha. So wish me luck and let me know if there has been any significant changes in the dream scene.

      A few things have changed since you read your last tutorial.

      It's no longer needed to stay still, you can swallow, scratch... al long as you do it gently without paying any attention to it.

      Oh thanks! I haaaaaaaaaated that part. I'd always get super itchy for no reason when trying to do that and not swallowing drove me insane. I had a feeling that there was no way that could be true. It just wasn't natural at all.

      WILDing is completely different now, sleep paralysis is thought of very differently as well. I've only been here since September, but I think it was soon after I joined that this stuff changed. I recommend just taking lucidity for granted and going to sleep for easy DILDs, works everytime I do it
