Hey I've been recently thinking about lucid dreaming for a few reasons, so I rediscovered this website and decided to start all this again. Haven't practices in a long time (3-4 years) just looking for ideas.: how to speed it up(if I should and how), or if I should just do it all over again with the daily RCs and such.. I still find myself automatically doing RCs when I wake the nose plug and the finger through palm. Any ideas would be appreciated thanks! |

Welcome back, I was in a similar boat not so long ago. Not sure if I can add much more than the others have added other than stick with it, it's not quite like riding a bike but persistence pays off! |
