      Welcome, Jaren!

Its great to hear that you are susceptible to sleep paralysis - this is one of the best ways to slip into a lucid dream, once you get over being afraid of them. Peek around the forums, get active, and reality check check check!

Can't wait to see your progress!

      Welcome to DV, jaren.

SP is one of many ways to slip into a lucid dream, though keep in mind it is NOT necessary in order to have a lucid dream.

How long have you been into LDing?

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
