Try a different method for a night or two then go back . You might find other methods work better for you . Its important to relax and dont be annoyed if it doesnt work . |

So I've had two lucid dreams already but they were less than 30 seconds in length and really kinda lame. I've been trying and practicing the MILD method a lot every night to have a good LD but I have one question. |

It's OK to take a break for a night, or for as long as you need. But I would not go method-hopping. Pick one a and stick with it. Otherwise you will not know if it works had you tried for little longer. |

Ok thank you. I was wondering if i should just stop trying at all though for a day. I feel like i should do that but at the same time I really don't want to stop trying. |

Yes, if you decide to take a break, then don't practice during day at all. Few days of a break will not hurt, it may even be good for you. But if you feel like you don't want to take a break, than don't. You just should not get frustrated either way. Do what feel the best. |
