      Hello! Swedish lurker here!

Hello guys, I'm Vilhelm! I am a 22 year old Swedish guy who have been lurking around this forum for some time now, but I haven't been very active myself. But now I plan to change that!

I started being interested in lucid dreams about five years ago, but I have only put effort into it during a few periods of that time.
I have quite a lot of spontaneous lucid dreams, my biggest obstacle right now is my dream recall. I usually remember a dream about every other day, and it has been some time since I remembered a really vivid one. But I think it is getting better, and if I start focusing more on dreams then it should take care of itself!

I have recently become very interested in dream interpretation, even though I am not very skilled at it yet.

Anyway, it is an honour to become part of this community! I think I will have a great time here and learn many useful things.

I dream many dreams every night, but I remember just a few. I wonder what adventures I've had that are now forgotten?

Hello and welcome to DV! Nice to hear that you already have some experience with lucid dreams. I have found for myself that keeping a dream journal helps a lot for both recall and lds. But what I think is most important is having a positive attitude and being persistent.

I also like your signature! I often think of dreaming as a never ending adventure.

Have fun and see you around!

      Thank you!

Thank for the tip! I am actually already keeping a dream journal, although sometimes I am too lazy/tired to write it properly. Mostly I use a tape recorder when I wake up and then I write the dreams down on my computer afterwards. But I have just realised that instead of writing them down on my computer I might as well write them here instead!

Glad that you liked the signature, I too think of dreaming as a grand adventure, actually my dreams often are adventures!
