I had the cause of lucid dreaming as my school project some years ago and well I have used that knowledge to understand how to benefit from that in my practise.

Don't think it reduces awareness to a system of the brain though, no no this is just one of the very meanings of the word awareness, because it is a very ambigious word.

For me awareness is something much more special.

Anyway.. interesting dream I once had a dream that seemed to go on for a whole day (even though it was late night), and well I also met the person of my dreams, girl in my case. And well I like to think of her as a representation of something, what it is I haven't figured out yet. I hope you figure out the meaning of your dreamguy though.

And don't worry about the long intro, it's always interesting to read about other people's experiences.

as for the video thank you oh so much for it I love learning bout anything brain related and that just woke something in me! I would love to know about your dream girl MasterMind if that's okay! I have been trying to look into people's dream journals but I guess they are down or something as well as some of the wikis ...

I have been researching bout going lucid and whatnot but after my few times being in sleep paralysis I'm a little scared, and that was without knowing what it was at first lol Down south we say "you had a witch on ya back" it happens when you are being lazy or sleep on your tummy. The times it has happened was in the summer it.

I don't know if y'all watch or like Japanese dramas but Akumu chan is what got me back interested in Lucid dreaming for it is circled around this girl and woman who lucid dream as well as have nightmares which predict the future. It sort of reminded me of myself with my Deja vu dreams and the dream about that guy.

The information sort of give some insights to why people say that WILD provides the most aware, vivid and stable dreams, why WBTBs is so effective and how you can use this information to your advantage.

My dream girl story is a very tragic one, (Spoiler Alert) it ends with her dying in my arms. I both met and lost her in the same dream, and I can easily used that dream as inspiration to a book or something, it was very mixed emotions in the dream and I was very involved in each dream scene. When my dream journal is back up I can try to find it for you.

Also a note about sleep paralysis because it is important that you get the information from the start.

Sleep paralysis is a very ambigious term, but what I think you refer it to as has one misconception. Sleep paralysis isn't you awake hallucinating that you see a witch on your back an alien abduct you etc. As the last example clearly shows but that people don't think about, is that at all times you experience something strange it's always in a dream! You just dream that you are in your bed, your sofa whatever and you think you see or feel a witch on your real back.

So whenever you experience the so called sleep paralysis, get up! You're in a dream...
