Hello dreaming community!!

Hello everyone! I'm new here and just joined.

A friend told me about lucid dreaming last summer, i didn't get to around to trying it until a couple of months after. I got pretty good at dream recall and that has for the most part stuck with me for the last year. However, due to being busy with some things ( and being somewhat lazy at times ) i could only attempt lucid dreaming for about 1 month periods. I started out doing reality checks and having my first 2 lucid dreams through DILDs ( i'm pretty sure that's the name for it ).

I didn't keep it up though, so now i'm here a year later. But this time, i have the whole summer and i will keep up with the reality checks and attempting different ways to initiate lucid dreams.

First off, I LOVE your avatar

! You sound pretty excited and I'm sure you will be lucid dreaming in no time. Make sure that when you are performing your reality checks, you are performing quality RCs. Literally say to yourself, "Could I be dreaming right now?" Look around and soak up your environment, then perform your RC. Congrats on your success so far and if you ever have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There are many experienced lucid dreamers on the site who could be glad to help out

Oh yeah! I'm a big anime fan. Geass is actually my absolute favorite anime.

Awesome! You're now like my best friend ever xD I love anime too, i just got done with darker than black, watching one piece now. I remember when i first watched code geass, the first episode was boring until the end and then i was hooked, i watched the first and second seasons in like 6 days.

I'm actually watching One Piece right now as well. I've watched a lot of anime (including Darker than Black, which I liked a lot), but I never gave One Piece a chance until recently. I was quite surprised at how good it is. I always shied away from it because of the art style and I thought it seemed childish. I was dead wrong and I'm loving it so far. I'm on episode 190, so I've got a long way to go still.

Code Geass is one of the few anime that I have actually re-watched. I've watched it at least 3 or 4 times.
