Congratulations on the lucid! It will get much better the more you try and the more you have them. If you wanna know more about those types of dreams, you can check out the Beyond Dreaming section of the forum, though keep in mind their connection to spiritual things and aspects should be taken very carefully and with discretion since they are debatable
But anyway, a lucid dream is simply a dream where you realize you are dreaming. Yes you were dreaming, and yes you knew you were dreaming while it was happening, so congrats!

Thanks so much for your reply, I didn't realize that was an OBE, It is very exciting to have this kind of experience before trying any techniques, I was so scared so I didn't enjoy it, but after I woke up I enjoyed remembering what happened and the fact that it happened naturally.
I'm less scared of Lucid Dreaming now after I read some info in the forums here, and I'm trying to do the RC and awareness techniques so I can Lucid Dream someday again.
But knowing that this was an OBE, I'm wondering if the floating body is not a must in Lucid Dreaming, I'd be so glad if it doesn't have to happen, because that part was scary and I couldn't handle staying in the dream because of it, I wanted so much to wake up and I did.
I will read about the spiritual aspects of it, thanks for the link.
I had few experiences before with my floating body in a dream, I realized I was dreaming but only to wake up within the dream not for real so I wasn't really conscious, I kept waking up many times in the same dream, it was like I had a recurring dreams of lucidity within a dream, but back then I didn't even know about Lucid dreaming.
This dream always confuse me, because of waking up many times within it, when I wake up it is hard to tell if I really had this dream before or I just think so because I woke up within it. But I'm sure it happened at least 2 times with slight difference in the details.
Again thanks so much for your reply.
