      Hellooo :)

      Hey there, I go by Works but my name's Tyler.

      I guess I joined cause I want to know more about LD. I don't think I've ever had a LD before but I want to at least achieve it before this summer ends, so I thought it'd be great to start here with people who have experience and know what they're talking about.

      I hope to see people around and join in on all the cool dream conversations when I'm finally able to do it some time

      Welcome works, I am new here too. I had my first lucid dream last night by eating tryptophan containing foods before bed (I had milk, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, and cashews), and doing reality checks. I look at my hand throughout the day and count how many fingers I have, last night I had 6! Haha

      Since you haven't a LD yet, you can bet that the incoming one will be fantastic, our first lucid dream is always a unique experience ^^ Keep the motivation and focus up, and you'll have not one but several lucid dreams before summer ends. If you got any question just post them away
