Welcome to DV, realmed! First of all some good news: you actually have several dreams every night, you just do not remember them. That is good news because dream recall is something you can improve fairly easily, and then you will have lots of opportunities to have a lucid dream, because every dream is such an opportunity. I would suggest you start by working on improving your dream recall, that's a good first step toward lucid dreaming. Here are some very useful ideas for how to improve dream recall: http://www.dreamviews.com/dream-sign...ompendium.html

Another good place to start: http://www.dreamviews.com/welcome/14...ere-start.html

Please do not hesitate to ask additional questions! Looking forward to interacting with you more on the forum.

      Really ? :O
because everytime i wake up it's like i did not dream of anything.
i can't control my sleep as well... when it is 12 am i'm not sleepy at all and takes me hours to sleep..
does it make it harded to lucid dream?

Yes, really Great isn't it? If you work on your dream recall you will be able to remember a few of your cool dreams EVERY morning. Sounds motivational, doesn't it?
The time of sleep does not impact lucid dreaming as much as your amount of sleep does. As long as you get a decent amoung of sleep (let's say >6 hours or much better 8hours) then you will have no trouble

Hey! Here are two great threads for you to read about recall and inducing LDs

      http://www.dreamviews.com/dream-sign...ompendium.html
      http://www.dreamviews.com/attaining-...technique.html

The biggest factor for all this is consistency! If you don't stay consistent, then whatever tech you use won't matter. good luck.
