Welcome Dinkalpo.

This forum has many useful tools for helping anyone to achieve lucid dreaming. Have you tried reality checks throughout the day?

I am an old lucid dreamer too, and am just returning after realising my desire to get in contact with the wisdom hidden in my subconscious!

A while ago when I use to practice lucid dreaming daily, I found that keeping a dream journal (like 99% of these user should do), doing reality checks (Breathing through a pinched nose, questioning the reality around you), and positive reinforcement (assuring yourself you will have a lucid dream tonight, and truly believing it), really helped.

When I became aware in the dream I would rub my hands together or hold an object within the dream (such as feeling the grass beneath your feet or holding onto a doorway), just to stabilise yourself into the dream and let your subconscious know your holding onto this dream, fixating yourself within it.

Hope this helps. You can find all this information and much more help on these points and more within the forum.

Good luck!
