New to DV, Not New to LD'ing, What's up guys

      Hey everyone who reads this!

I've been a member over at LD4all for awhile and have referenced Dream Views many times and love this forum! I finally decided to join the community!

      A little about myself....
I've been actively practicing Lucid Dreaming very faithfully for about 6 months now, I've had about 23 LD's, or at least what I constitute as an LD. I've done countless hours of research on Lucid Dreaming and have had many thorough talks with other people who practice Lucid Dreaming. I have no problem giving advice, sharing information including my extensive Dream Journal and collected information I keep on Evernote. Even though I can have LD's now and have tailored the perfect self-routine, I still consider myself new to this and am always trying to learn more and improve my techniques and knowledge. I'm very open-minded and am excited to emerge myself into the DV community!

      Welcome to DV.

I would love to hear what you do to become lucid and some of your experiences. We have a DJ set up here that is open to the public, so you can show everyone your dreams and lucid dreams! It is pretty cool.

You said that you have had 23 things that "you constitute LDs" I assume you mean dreams that you not only know that you are dreaming, but also do something about it?

It doesn't matter how long you have been doing a thing, you should always be learning. Good luck LDing.

That is darn good results for just 6 months! Welcome, I look forward to seeing posts by you in the near future. I am still learning after so many years. I plan to never stop.

      Thanks everyone!

Brandon - When I say "constitute" I simply mean an LD when I not only become aware/ conscious, but stabilize the dream and establish a degree of control. I've had many dreams in which I became lucid, but unfortunately woke up almost instantaneously. =[

sivason - Thanks! I am pleased with my results, the hard work and dedication has paid off! I agree you can never learn to much about something, which is why I research LD'ing almost every day!!

Hello, I'm new here. I want to share with you a method which increases the probability of having Lucid Dreams (for those you don't know). I never did any Reality Checks, Dream Journals or anything like that. I just listened twice to a special Lucid Dream Isochronic tone (it could also have been a binaural beat) for 1-2 hours each time before going to sleep. These brainwave entrainment methods alter your state of consciousness. The second time I listened to it I experienced what was probably the most profound experience of my life. I was so aware in such a way that the Lucid Dream seemed as real as the waking state (I don't know if this is always the case). I flew around like superman and then I decided to do skydiving (I did it once in Real Life) and I must say that it was so authentic. I almost questioned (while dreaming) the fact that it was just a dream. I also revisited a situation from my past which I wanted to re-experience again.
