Hey there...welcome (again) to the forum 
So you are a deep sleeper, eh? Yeah I've never had that problem before I always wake up from alarms so I'm not really sure how to advise you on that one. It's rough because some of the techniques to induce lucids involve setting your alarm clock for roughly 5 hours after you fall asleep...so you might not be able to try the Wake Back To Bed method for example if alarms don't usually wake you up.
Anyone here deep sleepers have any suggestions??
