I think the dreams in which you experience the strongest emotions are the ones you remember best, and those are often nightmares.

True that is, but sometimes, you can remember them not just from strong emotions.
If you seriously have another nightmare & become Lucid, you should stand up to the nightmare (don't worry, LDs can never really hurt you)!
