      Talking What's going on, y'all? :)

Hey, all, I'm YotaLife93, but you can call me Fenwick if you can remember that.
I'm a 20 year old transman, though I certainly do not appear to be that old; most people think I am between the ages of twelve and fourteen.
      Hopefully this makes sense!
I have been attempting to control my dreams, so to speak, for a while now, though admittedly I achieve little success. Generally, when attempting to direct my own dreams, I will think on a topic as I am laying down for the night. I will start imagining a specific story line in my head, and generally, when I do such, my dreams will be at least slightly influenced by this, meaning they will usually follow the same general topic, though it may not be a continuance of the story I plotted out upon entering slumber. Most of mine tend to be related in one way or another to my ongoing infatuation with my best friend, but if not of that nature, then they typically have to do with the American Civil War or my beloved truck.
Sometimes I will "wake up" in the middle of my dreams, and I will later remember thinking "Wow, this is a great/terrible/disturbing/whatever dream." Generally, when I do this, I sort of just pop back into my dream, and I remain aware, usually from that point on, that I am dreaming.
      My dreams are generally realistic.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you lot, and I hope that I can glean something from this forum. There seem to be a lot of interesting people up here, and a lot to learn.
      Cheers!

Hey, Fenwick! Super awesome to find another transman here! I'm pre-everything, as I still live with my parents and they'd probably die if they knew I identify as male, but I do plan on going all the way someday.

You seem to have some success with WILD and WBTB already, so I'd suggest you check out Sageous's class, it's great for WILD! And here's some info on WBTB too.

Other than that, reality checks and dream control are also helpful, along with a nice dream journal.

Hopefully I'll see you around and PM if you ever need anything!

Nice to meet one of my fellows!
I'm pre-everything too! No Testosterone, no therapy, no surgeries. I pass but people always think I'm a pre-pubescent boy. Money kind of keeps me from undergoing the full transformation, but thankfully, my family members all stand behind me on this, and I'm in a very big family, so it's great to have their support! (Second child of five.) My mom likes to tell me that she figured I was trans very early on, but decided to let me figure it out to be sure it was what I wanted.
I'll be posting up an account of last night's dream after this, and I plan on recording every one I remember, even the fuzzy ones! I'll also be reading up more on all of this- thanks for the links! I'd definitely like to get better at this!
      Thanks!

Your family sounds awesome, especially your mother! And wow, four siblings! How's that like (I'm an only child)? The only two people who know about me in my family are my godfather (and he lives in Sydney... so one of my plans is to move there with him) and one of my cousins. We'll see what happens, right?

Keeping a dream journal can be fun, actually... I love writing down my dreams, since most of them feel like a short film haha I hope you have a great time here, it's a really cool community!

Yeah, we're a big family! It's hectic and money is always tight, but there's always plenty of love to go around. We're a pretty tight bunch. I'm out as a transman to pretty much everyone that knows me. All of the important people accept me, so I have nothing to hide any more.
I've always wanted to keep a dream journal of sorts. It's mostly so I can keep track of the ones that particularly please me, but I also want to record them so that I might have a chance to interpret them- the ones I don't pre-meditate, anyways. And now that I've discovered this site, I already feel more compelled to write them down so that I might share them. I've always been one to discuss my dreams and try to glean information from them, so talking to others about them always helps.
