      Hey everyone,

Just registered because of a new found interest in lucid dreaming. I kept a dream journal for a short time a few years ago and had two lucid dreams that I can still recall, but other than that I'm completely new to it. I'll be looking through the tutorials and guides posted here, as well as reading through other dream journals, but if there are any pointers you can give a beginner from your own experience, go right ahead; I'm always looking for input.

Feel free to PM me any time.

      Welcome, idk!

Find a technique here that you can practice, keep at it even if progress is slow for the first while, and read/experiment as needed to keep yourself interested.

      Cheers.

Learning to lucid dream since 2012.

      Welcome to Dreamviews!

Dream journal is great to have. Next, read a solid, basic tutorial, preferrably a DILD Induction Methods and Techniques
Keep practicing and believe in yourself. Ask your questions, we will be happy to answer. happy dreams

Thank you both for the encouragement. I've been practicing RCs in waking life, in an attempt to use the DILD method. I haven't done an RC in a dream yet, but I have been semi-lucid already, just by telling myself 'the next time I dream, I will become lucid'.
