      Not new. But still.

      I've been here allready a couple months ago.
      I have DILDs every 2 weeks now, I want to increase that with WILD.

      So here I am.

      Are there any important things for me to know not having been active?

      Hi, i remember you haha Oh you can increase that rate to at least twice per week. Nothing new, but here it goes one suggestion: check this annoyingly lazy and heretic technique. It´s just one idea but pays off with minimum effort and weekly, if not daily, lucids. If you would like me to share my personal settings, just ask or PM.

      Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way
