hello everybody
hey guys,
im pretty new to lucid dreaming and forums, but after weeks of reading through the DILD and WILD techniques it finally paid off. i managed to become lucid, anchored, and tear a group of zombies to pieces, all thanks to this sight. it changed my life honestly, and now i just want to learn more and become as involved as possible. thanks everyone!

and yes, that is accurate. and i do have a question. i dont understand how dream journals help one to become lucid? it doesnt right? it just helps remember the dreams, nothing to do with whether or not one becomes lucid or not? thanks in advance!LouaiB likes this.

It helps with dream recall, but also with finding dream signs(things that happen allot in your dreams) so you can use them as signs to become lucid. Also you can see how certain technique manifest in your dreams, if they have an effect or not. Originally Posted by hypnomancer

Congrats to your previous lucids! Now all you need is to do it again : D Dream Journal helps with recall. But also with many other things. One of them is that when you write your dreams down, you think about them, you like them and appreciate them. Your mind can see that and it will try to make you happy by giving you more dreams and better recall.
