I am here because I can control my adrenaline??

Hi i was googling about this "energy" i can get when I focus. I thought it was aura or something. I discovered this feeling when I was young. I ignored it all the way up to age 23 about to be 24. I noticed that it can increase my strength and saw how my pupils dilate. I googled around trying to find what this was, I mean it cannot be just nothing like I thought for all these years! I googled and finally found out that this thing I am experiencing is me controlling adrenaline??? Also I found a thread on this site discussing this!? this is crazy that all these years I wasn't the only who can do this!!? I need to find the forums where I can discuss this. This cannot be ignored anymore!

Hmm.. This could be interesting. I start off with myself since I have my way to know when I get a little adranaline rush (but not by self control). Once Im in the gym working out. I have the ability as every one else, to focus all my power I can manage to lift/push something heavy. So I feel my limits and there is no rush in my body while doing this. But if I turn on music that triggers me to get an adrenaline rush, then I can feel the rush going thru my body. And I will be able to lift/push heavier for a moment. When one is focusing or making an efort of any kind, then the pupile will dialate, so that doesn't be a sign of adrenalin though.

So my question to you is, how do you notice the difference in your strenght when on or off the adrenaline? And how does it feel in your body and mind when your get the adrenaline rush?

Hey, I know what your talking about, I am one of the people who can control there "adrenaline". Also I can control my heart rate can you do that? Theres a person who could control there " adrenaline " and went in for a medical check to see what it was his results were negative for adrenaline.

I think I can do that too, and I know one other. We've found it's really useful in working our nervous systems up enough before sleep to get ourselves to lucid dream. I can also use it to superheat my body and warm myself & others when it's cold. I don't really know what I'm moving though - could be adrenaline, raising my own blood pressure, chi, or any other thing really. Sort of just feels like an energy field I can supercharge sometimes but it does help me lift heavy things / accidentally smash stuff when I'm angry.

I was recently lucid dreaming listening to binaural beats and tried to use it to help myself fly, but the result instead was a huge flash of light and the sound of a man screaming in my head. Don't know what the hell that was about.

Hey good to know there are still people around on this thread, I'm not much of a lucid dreamer I like to see what my dreams come up with, so I just follow along. Interesting you say that it can superheat yourself, I find I do get really warm, though not really warm I'll see if I can raise my body temperature (or lower it). Things I can do when I force this "adrenaline rush" are controlling my heart rate and it also improves my perception. Can you see if it helps with your energy, heart rate and perception? I'll try to see if I can "super heat" myself.
