Thread: A quick hello and asking for advice

I happened on these forums a few days ago and have been trying to remember my dreams. I haven't remembered my dreams for a long time and was wondering if anyone could give me advice. I'm really excited to learn how to lucid dream so thanks in advance for any advice

Try to write them down. I am really bad at remembering my dreams, so I was working really hard. Every morning for a one year I was writing down every detail I can remember from that nights dream. And oh man I was surprised with some stuff... Sometimes in my dreams I can predict future. Ofcourse that morning after i dreamt I cannot tell that this dream is prophetic. But for example I never read my dream Journal and one time, after a half a Year i read it and bam... I was really shocked, because like 4 months ago i dreamt about my new car I just now bought. Everything was accurate: model, color and even some technical problems I have now with this car, like some really really specific stuff, even wires colors. Those 4 months ago I dreamt about this car and then in a morning wrote some details down into my journal and then totally forget about this... So, yeah, stay motivated, dreams are awesome. Sorry for my bad English, I just started to learn this language

Start a Dream Journal. Write in it everything, even if all you remember is something about a color, or somekind of a feeling you got from a dream. And something encouraging, like "My memory is great and my recall is getting better every day". Believe it. Recall fluctuates, but if you start thinking about your dream more, it will show.
