So after my initial post I've had 2 lucid dreams and I become better and better in controlling them!

I wasn't aware of this method: Puffin's DILD Guide - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views but still I did it (or very similar to it) and it helped me a lot, and also your "collection of techniques for DILD" in your description field.

I'm also taking Lecithin after 5 hours of sleep (when I wake up naturally for a pee) and out of four nights it did the drink. Not sure it's the lecithin but it can't hurt.
