      So this is my first post... mkaaay

      Hello Everyone,
      I guess i'm new here, and i think i'll start by saying that i've never had a lucid dream in all my life. Some of my dreams are outstandingly realistic down to feeling pain, while others are extremely bizarre with dark blue sand and cliff faces that make the sky look bright white. No matter the dream however, i always fully believe my surroundings and never question a thing. The only thing that is remotely lucid in my dreams is when i want something to happen and half the time it does and i acknowledge that it happened because i wanted it to, but right after this acknowledgement, i forget it until i wake up. I suppose i sleep in denial.

      Hey GT,

      Most of us sleep in denial, it's the biggest obstacle to get over when wanting to lucid dream. Though obviously you can change that with a little hard work and dedication.

      At least you are having realistic dreams and remembering them, that's a good start. Have you looked at DILD or MILD yet?
