      Excited to try again

      Hello everyone. About 8 years ago I picked up Stephen LAberge's Exploring Lucid Dreaming. Great book. I started a journal and was practicing reality checks. I was in college though, and failed to spend enough time on it. REcentely realized there was no reason I shouldn't jump in again. So here I am.

      I have had quite vivid dreams in the past, though my recollection of dreams is weak. I can fall asleep quickly though, and often am in a state where I am asleep, or dreaming, but can also have thoughts about what is going on around my actual body as well. I don't know much about WILD but I think this trait might lend itself towards them?

      Welcome. Glad to see you're getting back into lucid dreaming. I think it could help towards WILDing, though its more about keeping awareness up in general. Anyways, keep up reality checking and dream recalling and you'll flying like the rest of us.
