This is my first thread, I usually only get lucid dreams when I have a nap in the evening and it messes with my sleeping pattern. But I have never had a good feeling whilst lucid dreaming, I realise I'm dreaming by looking at signals (clocks change environment change) but then I get this terrible feeling of powerlessness and usually can't move or my teeth become locked in the dream, I get a ringing in the ear and get a terrible uncomfortable feeling kind of like a rushing feeling like something is coming for me, then sleep paralysis happenings or multiple false awakenings its very hard to tell when I'm actually awake I wake up in my excat bed and surroundings I only realise after a while that I'm dreaming ..then another false awakening, when I try and control my dreams I get the feeling of powerlessness and I shout out commands which rarely work, I had a dream twice within the past week that I can't move and have been actually dragged in my dream whilst not being able to move , I know its just dreams so I don't get worried about them but I do wake up in a bad mood |
