Hello! My name is Gabi and I start being interested on lucid dreaming after too many years of insomnia and worst nightmares ever. I come here seeking for help and a comunity that is experimenting the lucid dreaming. I had only one lucid dream in my life, but I was woken up few secounds after I realised that was a dream. I start doing my dreams jounal as first step on leraning the secrets of lucid dreaming and I will continue to search, practice and trying hopping that one day I can finaly have a sweet and restful sleep.

Thank you guys! About my white wolf avatar. When I was young I ussed to dream about one armored white wolf, or he just apeared as a short flashback when I tried to fall asleep, but I was stoped by insomnia. I saw him again when I meditate. One friend of mine that is reiki practioner told me that he is my spiritual mentor. I am an ateist and I don't belive in reiki, but I keep the white wolf as one of my symbol.
