My name's Cipher! I'm here to meet people and learn. I like making things - drawing, animation and the like - and that's what most of my interests are centered around. I have a really overactive imagination. So here's my story: I've known about lucid dreams for ages, but didn't really get anywhere and sort of gave up on them a few years back. May as well give it another go. I don't often remember my dreams and my sleeping habits aren't as good as I'd like, so I want to work on both of those, hopefully with the help of like-minded people! I'm all ears for any advice on this stuff. I'm not great at these introductions, but yeah! I don't bite and I hope there's at least some common ground in the above.

I've been keeping a dream journal, and from the first night I had it next to my bed I've been able to record entries every night. Lots of them, too - like 3 or 4 a night. Genuinely surprised! They're not very... immersive dreams, though. Compared to what I'm used to, they felt very much like I was watching a movie rather than playing a role in something. Anything I can do about that? Oh and sorry if I'm meant to be posting outside the intro thread by now. D:

D: I am new also, so I am not exactly sure where to post, but I post into my workbook in the intro class thread which seems appropriate, I would recommend starting there! It also covers all of the basics, and has a questions section. Otherwise I guess you could just post in the relevant section of the forum. Also the artists corner is pretty cool, you know, for art and stuff.
