      New dreamer inbound!

      Hello!
My name is Tal and I'm a 17 years old boy from Israel, lucid dreaming caught my attention very recently and I've been told to start out on this forum.
I will share my lucid dreaming experiences on this forum but first I need to learn how to engage a lucid dream which brings me to my first and only question, which method is the best to engage a lucid dream for starters?
      Thanks in advance!

      Hello, and welcome!
There are a ton of different techniques. Everyone has their own favorite. But the mayor ones are DILD, WILD and MILD. DILD seems to be the most used one though, but go check them all out in the tutorial section! Also do not forget to keep a Dream Journal, it is vital for your recall. If you need some help, do not hesitate to ask on the forums or PM me or anyone else on the forum. We are more than willing to help.
      Dream on,

      Welcome to Dreamviews, taltal!

Yes, most of the people that have success start with DILD. You can see the tutorial and related tutorials in the link below.
