Hello all,
So after a few spontaneous lucid dreams over a couple years, I trained myself pretty well. It inspired me to go for an undergraduate degree in psychology, and now I have two years left until I double major with psych and biology. Ironically, since I have spent the last few years getting up to an alarm clock, not only do I not have many lucid dreams, but I don't even remember non-lucid dreams! But I am working at getting it back, and when I dedicate myself to it, it's usually there.

I am very excited to join in on these discussions about lucid dreaming. There are so many variables that come into play when trying to achieve lucidity, it seems that a large community such as this would be so helpful in "trimming off the fat" and figuring out what works and what doesn't. Of course, all you members are way ahead of me on this, but I am late, apologetic, and ready to contribute.

I am 25 years old, and never been a part of a forum before. But I really wanted to join in on these conversations!
If there is anyone talking science on here, please let me know, though I will surely be digging around...

THANKS for reading,
