Got Ahold of a Lucid Dreaming Book

      Hello everyone!

I was with my friend the other day and offhandedly mentioned I was working on lucid dreams. At it turned out, he had worked alot with lucid dreams last year.
Anyway, long story short, he let me borrow the book Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen Laberge. I have heard Laberge's name mentioned here before, and I was wondering who else has read this book.
And if you have what did you think of it?

Just started on it the other day, really like what i've read so far. If it isn't helpful to you at least you will have been thinking about dreaming while reading it which is just as important as any advice LaBerge might have to offer
