Yup, is good to take breaks. In fact, advisable, and for your post I figure nothing happened, but do not be surprised that after 6-7 days in a row of working on it and getting the 8th day as a break, you might just trigger and spontaneous AP

I have another quick question if anyone can help:
Are there specific times at which its easier to AP/OBE?
The reason I ask is because the couple OBE's that I've had were the result of going to bed and waking up at pretty much the same time (9-10,3-4). lLast night however, I went to bed quite late,. I still woke up after 6 hours and did everything else the same but it was fairly light outside and I didnt even get close.

I believe you can OBE at any time. I have been even able to OBE right after going to bed, which it is said is nearly impossible. It really falls into your ability to relax your body and your energy level. If you are way too tired it will be harder to focus, or if your body is full of static from the day (aka bed time) it might be harder to relax it to the required point for OBE, so it falls down to the skill really. But usually, going to bed at a decent time and then, waking naturally up after 5-6 hours makes it the ideal moment to OBE.

Oob is an acroym, I think it means one outrageous booty.

k. Weird stuff happened yesterday. So I went to sleep at 11:30 pm. After like 2 minutes. Something weird happened to my left leg. This is so hard to explain. Ill give it a try. The bed was like vanished where my left leg was. I couldn't feel the bed but I could feel my leg like it was floating. Suddenly the bed shook. Like really hard. I though we had a earthquake and I stood up from my bed. I didn't feel anything after. What do you guys think. Did my left leg leave my body?

Yup.

Partial Astral Projection. You lost focus during separation and then it ended prematurely. The Earthquake feeling is very accurate description, more than earthquake, aftershock. If you are from South Cali you know this well, hahahaha. (Or in another place with high seismic activity.)

Holy crap. Im really excited about this. I think I know how to trigger the shaking and the partial OBE like yesterday. I had the same thing today too. I will share it with you guys after a few days of trying.

I have a question for anyone whose following this thread:

I mentioned above that I've not bin upto much lately,. AP wise. To be honest this is because my girlfriend has returned home after a few weeks away. When she was away I worked really hard on my meditation and attempted AP,. I was succesful. Thing is,. now shes back I really dont know how I'm gonna AP with someone else in the bed,. not only does it interupt my sleep but physically just having someone there seems to make it more difficult to shake off my physical body.

I've gotta say,. I love my gf more than life itself but I was wondering if any OBE'ers also shared a bed with someone and how they got round these issues,.

You will get used to it... I am married and not one but TWO cats are also in the bed. When they are asleep I can OBE (waking up in the middle of the night, etc.) But you get used to sharing a bed (we sleep on a queen bed)

True, if your gf moves and touches you (i have more chances since we have both cats on bed) kiss good bye to your projection as you will be back in the body, but the chances are low. As you can see on what I shared, I had both successful ones as well as cancelled ones from my wife and especially from my cats.

Do not worry about it You will keep OBEing.

I have experienced massive jolts of energy too, or like you called it, electricity feeling. Did you also hear an extreme loud buzz that almost knocked your hearing off?

Ye the electricity feeling was strange and thing was that although I read alot about 'vibrations' what I though that meant was that your body felt like it was vibrating,. So when the electricity feeling happened it was very strange. Tell me if this is that same with you: the electricity feeli g felt to me like a cross between a genuine current running through my body that chill you get down your spine when you hear a beautiful piece of music or experience something 'spiritul'(still not sure about that definition)...

Mmmmm, not very sure. I have a big sense of peace and a sense of thrill as I am about to OBE.

The best way to describe the vibrations is the same feeling as an aftershock (or a small earthquake), it feels exactly the same... I know this is very poor explanation if you are not from California lol but is the best way to describe it. Also my ears buzz. What you are feeling is probably the start of bliss, so you are super close!
