Hello, Everyone! For a long time, I have spent some time reading your personal stories about your adventures and what you do while in them. I've became enthusiastic about the idea and tried to do it. However, I lacked the determination and focus to get there, losing interest for some time. I managed to do a few breathing exercises to keep myself focused. I want to keep my motivation up, so I ask for some help if anyone can. Here's for future adventures in my dreams!

These forums have tons of information available, with just as much helpful commentary I would recommend checking out the Dreamviews Academy and reading through the different courses, and also listening to the podcasts. But everyone here is super friendly and willing to help out with advice and what not. Let me know if I can help with anything.
