      Im FOATL.
      im 36....been having lucids on and off since i was a kid......
      nice place you guys got here.
      i hope to take this art of lucidity and become a master at this....
      wish me luck.
      just started taking this thing seriously lately.
      started my journal, and MILD and WILD techniques about a week ago!

      Welcome FOATL I've recently started using the MILD technique. I'm looking to use it as my primary method to regain lucidity, hopefully you can master it and throw some tips my way
