      Hello DV

      I guess this will be my introduction. Ever since I was 7, I have been LDing at a rate of about 75% of nights. That number has gone down to about 33% and I am hoping to get it back up to the 100% it used to be at soo long ago. I am 15, I am very observant and you will probably see me more and more lately.       Welcome to Dreamviews! I have found that this forum has definitely helped me to improve my lucid dreaming frequency and abilities and I really hope that it can help you as well.
      One thing that I really enjoyed doing, and that I found gave me great motivation to improve my frequency, was doing the tasks of the month. I thought that the tasks were really helpful and a lot of fun too.
