      My message to fellow believers

I havn't made a formal introduction yet, so here it is! I'm 16 and have jumped on the lucid dreaming bandwagon again, but this time will be different, this time I will strive until I get lucid dreams on a weekly basis!

Don't you mean daily basis? haha
I know you'll get there kyle, just remember to stay dedicated! I first started lucid dreaming when I was 16, only last year! Now I'm 17 and I have grown so much. If you put in the work, you are going to get the results you want.

I have a total of 89 now. When I was practicing Self Awareness back a few months ago, before school got in the way, I was becoming semi-lucid in at least half of my dreams every night, and becoming lucid twice a night.
Now however, I'm usually semi-lucid in a few dreams every night now, so its getting to the point where I'm lucid every night again. Focus and dedication man.

That's heaps good man, how did you start practising self awareness? I do it a few times a day but IDK if I'm doing it right.
Also did this happen to you when you started LD'ing?

I started practicing it by really learning what it was. I learned how to do it through Sageous' Fundamentals of Lucid Dreaming. I also created a thread if you wanted to check it out, its called My Journey with Self Awareness and My Twist To It, or something like that.
As for that blurry problem, it has only happened to me once. A quick tip: the more you pay attention to a problem or overthink something in a dream, the bigger that problem becomes and it becomes a bigger obstacle. So, ignoring things at times can serve as a quick fix to annoying things like what that guy mentioned in that thread. I wear glasses too, and the few Lucid dreams I've had where I had no glasses on, everything was blurry. I fixed it by realizing that I've never worn glasses in dreams before because its impossible. You have perfect vision in dreams more or less depending on the person, but you've never actually worn glasses before in a dream, you don't need them. Its all created by your mind, and realizing that its an easy fix makes everything, well, alot easier. Don't create problems that didn't exist before. Don't overthink it.

Wow you took the words right out my mouth lol

      Welcome Kyle!
Nah, we all think of it as a daily basis thing

I used to do all the daytime practices but now I'm too lazy lol! "Gotta get back! Gotta get back! Stupid school studying taking up my time and effort!"

      One up:
You have perfect vision in dreams more or less depending on the person
You mean like ppl have a different initial 'talent' for it that which also means they reach the 'max visual quality' with less training, or that certain ppl don't have the mental ability or capability to have crisp clear LDs even with training( you know, naturally they have a limit to how much their vision can become crisp and vivid, a limit that you can't exceed even with proper extensive training, and this limit varies from person to person)?

      Lol I'm paranoid!
In short, is there a possibility that I won't reach crisp clear LDs even with extensive training? Like, I just can't? Even with 10 years of practice?

I fill my heart with fire, with passion, passion for what makes me nostalgic. A unique perspective fuels my fire, makes me discover new passions, more nostalgia. I love it.

No no that's not what I'm saying at all; you can reach it. I'm saying that some people have sort of blurry/non vivid quality to their normal dreams. Like I said in your thread, you can still get there. If you have clear vision in real life, you can no doubt get clear vision in dreams. Yes some people have extremely vivid dreams from the start, while others do not, but you can still reach that level of high vividness. As long as you have a healthy brain you have the ability to make your dreams extremely vivid. It is a dream after all, you can do whatever you want man!

      And welcome to you too!
It's gonna be years before you get anywhere close to perfecting LDing (unless you're talented at it), but no worries, it is sooooo worth the years!!

I haven't a prooer answer lol. Well dreams are driven by your expectations, so since you tend now to expect sexual content, you get more and more of it. Anyways it's not much of a problem. If you're good at dream control, you can change the scenery and so on, and focus on doing your goals that don't contain sexual content.

Thanks man, the sexual scenario always comes after having achieved my desired goal and kinda comes like a consolation and most times i have little or no control of it
