      Intro

      I'm definitely not usually the time of person to post or join group likes this, but anyways hi there I'm cole, I am 20 years old, Live in Canada, and am in my second year of university. Im a very average guy. Watch a lot of movies, definitely don't play video games, spend most of the time with my girlfriend. I have frequent insomnia when I am stressed and decided to join this page. i had a lucid dream when I was 18 and loved it, told my friend who told me all about them and the next night I had another. I am 100% a natural lucid dreamer. I can lucid everynight if I want to. Still have lots of work on being in complete control, however can fall into a lucid dream anytime I want, even if I wake up I can go back in. Lots of my friends don't beleive me but I don't care. I got bored of doing the regular things and was hoping I could find suggestions to new tasks. Also I have great methods to fall into lucid dreaming and would love to help. Proven to work for a few dedicated friends

      Welcome to the forum. That's awesome that you've had so much success with lucid dreaming, I hope that you can continue to learn and grow from the practice! I have insomnia occasionally, especially when I am stressed. I have found that SSILD works nicely to help me fall asleep during those times and to go straight into lucid dreams as well, have you tried it before? I think it's pretty neat.
