I guess I'm just here to get focused

I've been lucid dreaming, meditating, projecting, and doing other weird things with my head for about 4-5 years now. It started pretty accidentally in high school, when I got sleep paralysis and a demon-looking thing came and abducted me. Ever since I've been trying to get a better handle on the dream/spirit world and learn how to navigate it better. I have a few returning dream characters that sort of fit the guardian angel/daemon archetypes and I'd like to get into better, more regular communication with them as well, as I'm sort of on a precipice of deciding what to do with my life. Anyway that's why I'm here, I look forward to creeping on this community's discussions about such things.

This may be wayyyyyy off topic and i mean no offense, but what youre describing sounds perhaps similar to a high plateau dxm dose. Im not advocating drugs, just suggesting research into dxm experiences, as they may provide further insight. Im new here, so i apologize if i was way off base.
