I would do a search and find out what foods contain the chemicals you want. I wouldn't mix B vitamins and multivitamins. Vitamin B is fat soluble which means at high doses it can damage your nerves because it's not flushed out of the body quickly. As opposed to vitamin C which is water soluble so you cannot overdose on it. |

L-theanine. Caffeine can be used in small doses. Also nicotine. Too bad about Galantamine. |
