      Getting supplements that are feasible

      Hi

      I spoke to a doctor and the only supplements he said he knew would be safe were lechinin (has choline in it) b vitamins and multi vitamins. Due to the medication I'm on.

      He says we just don't know what these other substances have in them and how they interact with my medication.

      Also stuff like galantimine is prescription only in my country so that's out. Basically I'm looking for supplements that won't mess with my medication and aren't banned where I live.

      As for dreams I usually just remember a "theme" to them

      Lastly should I use b vitamins , multivitamins and the lechinin separately?

      I would do a search and find out what foods contain the chemicals you want. I wouldn't mix B vitamins and multivitamins. Vitamin B is fat soluble which means at high doses it can damage your nerves because it's not flushed out of the body quickly. As opposed to vitamin C which is water soluble so you cannot overdose on it.

      L-theanine. Caffeine can be used in small doses. Also nicotine. Too bad about Galantamine.
