      Hello!

      Hi everyone! I learned about lucid dreaming recently and I was referred to come here to find a buddy and learn. I don't have good recollection of my dreams yet and I've only had a few lucid dreams in my life that I can remember. But i'm really excited to learn! I don't have much to say that's interesting, just wanted to say hi.

      Like Efthemia said, keeping a dream journal is the best way to increase your dream recall. That's definitely where you'll want to start before getting to actually inducing lucidity. Plus you'll find out your dream signs over time, which will help increase your chances of DILDing.
