      Returning to lucid dreaming

      Hello, i'm returning to lucid dreaming, i haven't been into lucid dreaming since 2008 and i haven't had a lucid dream since then, i use to have a sleep paralysis automatically, and i really miss those, i'm here to learn everything i can about lucid dreaming, more than ever.
