      Hi everyone

      I have been lurking here for a while. I'm a natural but I have issue with remembering my dreams, and has been trying to discipline myself about that on and off for a while now.

      try to write your dream in a dream journal. That will make them easier to remember. Set your intent to remember as you falling asleep. Happy dreams
