A second introduction ~

Hey all, Adam/Azra here, just wanted to make a post in here as I've been inactive for far too long (like...years) and really want to get back into the lucid dreaming scene. It'll be nice to meet some new faces round here hopefully So yeah, a bit of a background on me. I've been reading up on Lucid Dreaming for years now, and in theory I know all the main techniques and advice already. My problem is following it. My sleeping pattern is erratic, my dream recall is awful, and I don't keep a consistent dream journal (yes, I know those are all linked). When I do have the rare random LD, my control is probably one of my stronger points, although more recently they've been getting shorter and shorter. For some weird reason though, today I've had a surge of motivation to get back on my feet and make this happen. It would also be great to connect with some other members who might be having the same problems I have, or even have a chat to someone more experienced who will be able to provide ideas/motivation. When I first joined the forum there was a section for LD buddies/guides, and an academy - is this still a thing? Anyway, sorry for the lengthy post. back, azrafox! You seem to know what you need to do, such as your DJ, etc. That's true. Best way to reinforce to your mind the idea, that you like dreams is to think about them a lot. Get your motivation from forum posts. Here is something about the buddy programm. http://www.dreamviews.com/general-lu...ch-thread.html But you can always just make a thread, describe your progress and ask others with similar progress to join you in sharing and encouraging each other.
